and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA) and regulations of the Internal
Revenue Code and applicable local taxing authorities. Some of the
areas we frequently assist with include:

- Guidance/filing for tax exemption status for affiliated organizations
of unions
- Representation in connection with Department of Labor and Internal
