Rick’s career spanned 43 years. Rick began his accounting career in 1975 and has continuously practiced accounting, joining the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 1980. His primary areas of emphasis include payroll compliance testing for Taft-Hartley funds and working with insurance professionals in the analysis of insurance claims.
After 10 years of audit experience with a national CPA firm, Rick began his own practice which resulted in him becoming a shareholder, President, Partner-in-charge of Litigation Support Services at Scribner Scribner & Sutton. Rick combined his consulting practice with Lindquist in 2014 and has been instrumental in helping expand the firm’s consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest through his in-depth experience in payroll auditing procedures.
Rick’s professional memberships include the AICPA, Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oregon Casualty Adjusters Association and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
In his newfound spare time, Rick plans to travel, fish, golf, camp and drag race (at sanctioned NHRA tracks).
