DOL Issues Final Rule Implementing Form T-1
The Department of Labor (DOL) published a Final Rule implementing Form T-1, the Trust Annual Report, on October 2, 2008. The Form T-1 must be filed by labor organizations with total annual receipts of $250,000 or more about certain trusts in which the labor organization is interested.
