DOL Delays and Proposes to Withdraw 2009 Revisions to Form LM-2 and LM-3 Regulations
The Department of Labor Office of Labor-Management Standards delayed the effective date of revisions to Form LM-2 and LM-3 reporting regulations published in the Federal Register in January 2009 and simultaneously proposed to withdraw the revisions altogether. Learn more.
