LINDQUIST LLP PROMOTES BOSS, SPRINGER

San Ramon, California (August 18, 2008) – The certified public accounting firm Lindquist LLP promoted Melissa Boss and Donnie Springer, CPA. 

Melissa Boss was promoted to payroll compliance manager in the San Ramon office.  She is responsible for engagement planning, staffing, fieldwork, review and reporting of payroll compliance audits.  Boss joined Lindquist LLP in 2005.  She is a graduate of Utah Valley State College.

Donnie Springer, CPA, was promoted to certified audit manager in the San Ramon office.  She is responsible for scheduling, planning and completing engagements as well as reviewing the work of the engagement team.  Springer joined Lindquist LLP in 2002.  She earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an option in accounting and finance from California State University, Hayward.  Springer is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
